REVOLUTION OF THREE ELECTRODES SYSTEM
FAQ
Do users add reagent by themselves before measuring?
No. Each strip from ACCUSENSING is already pre-coated by reactive reagent on the microfluidic channel. There are two ways to make the sample fill the microfluidic channel to react with the reagent: (1)use a dropper to draw the sample then drop a drop of sample on the triangle entrance of the strip; (2)dip the strip to the sample for 1-2 sec(s). to siphon the water to the microfluidic channel. The precoated reagent differs from different kind of strip, ACCUSENSING is able to well develop the optimized reagent for each kind of strip owing to the huge electrochemistry research results accumulated since 1995. In order to create a stable analysis environment in the tiny space, the precoated reagent had been continuously tested and modified by our R&D team to ensure the reproducibility and accuracy.
Do users quantify the sample before measuring?
No. Each strip is manufactured in batch production to unify the volume of microfluidic channel on the strip. To fulfill the quantification, users only need to fill the microfluidic channel by following either one method in Q1.
Do users calibrate the calibration curve before measuring?
No, each batch of strips have been calibrated in factory already. The calibration curve is preinstalled in the smart chip. In order to ensure each batch of strips fits the calibration curve, the strips are tested through a series of process to verify the accuracy and precision.
