Aluminum ion electrochemical sensor test strip (customized - cleaning tank liquid reagent monitoring)

In order to allow production line personnel to regularly monitor the aluminum ion concentration in the tank liquid during shift changes to ensure product quality, the customer needed a tool that was easy to operate and could quickly and accurately quantify the concentration for production line personnel to use. Therefore, the customer cooperated with Ruizhun Technology to develop this high-concentration aluminum ion sensor.

The M series test strips introduce key technologies of biomedical blood glucose test strips, integrating electrochemical three-electrode system, microfluidics and drug coating technology on each sensor. Using a consistent production process, the quality of each tube sensor test strip is strictly controlled, and laboratory ppb-level detection can be achieved within a few minutes. With the portable electrochemical metal ion detection system MAS G1, users do not need complicated pre-treatment and calibration procedures, and do not need to worry about sample cross-contamination or interference caused by human operation, and can obtain the most real-time data in a highly efficient way.

Technical Information


Different concentrations of aluminum ions (20-200 mg/L) were added to the process cleaning agent bath, and the aluminum ion sensor test piece (Al-MC020200) was used with the electrochemical metal ion detection system (MAS G1) for detection. The obtained aluminum ion current signal (Current) and the added aluminum ion concentration (mg/L) were subjected to regression analysis, and the R2=0.9813 showed that the measured value had a good correlation with the actual concentration in the reagent, which can help customers grasp the bath liquid quality in a short time on the production line and ensure product yield. *Aluminum is an amphoteric substance. This aluminum ion sensor test piece is divided into two types, suitable for acid and alkaline environments respectively. The calibration line concentration range is set according to customer needs.
